About the Partnership
SQA Group is a certification body based in Tashkent. We know Uzbek manufacturers, their products and the questions they face when entering foreign markets. INORMS is a German company that handles certification and technical documentation for exporters and knows European rules well.
By joining forces, we have created a simple path for Uzbek companies: one application in Tashkent, and all the documents needed to sell goods in Europe. No searching for contractors abroad, no language barrier and no travel.
Who INORMS Are
AC Inorms GmbH is a German company based in Mönchengladbach that specializes in product certification and technical documentation for export. Its founder and Managing Director is Jegor Schatov. The INORMS brand is registered with the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA).
INORMS works with German and European manufacturers and cooperates with testing laboratories, research institutes and certification bodies. The company prepares complete technical documentation: technical passports, safety justifications, strength calculations, ignition hazard assessments, test reports and operating manuals.
A key part of the INORMS approach is long-term work with clients. After documents are issued, the company provides free consulting on them throughout their validity period, and after each project it asks clients for feedback to improve its service.
Why Europe Is an Important Market for Uzbek Companies
The European Union is one of the world's largest markets, with high purchasing power. Uzbekistan is a beneficiary of the GSP+ scheme, which allows around 6,200 types of goods to be exported to the EU duty-free. This gives Uzbek manufacturers a significant price advantage.
But duty benefits do not remove safety and quality requirements. For goods to clear customs and reach buyers, properly prepared documents are needed. European distributors and retail chains also check them before signing a contract.
What Documents Europe Requires
Most industrial products sold in the EU carry the CE marking. It confirms that the product meets the requirements of EU directives and regulations. This requires a conformity assessment, a technical file and an EU declaration of conformity.
For certain products, such as pressure equipment, personal protective equipment or medical devices, a notified body must be involved in the assessment. Cosmetics, chemicals and food are subject to separate requirements. In addition, labeling and instructions must be in the language of the country where the product is sold.
Working all of this out on your own is difficult. We determine exactly which documents your product needs and prepare them.
What We Do Together with INORMS
• Identify the EU directives, regulations and standards that apply to your product
• Carry out certification and prepare the product for CE marking
• Compile the technical file and the EU declaration of conformity
• Arrange testing in accredited laboratories
• Work with notified bodies where their involvement is mandatory
• Prepare technical documentation: passports, instructions, risk assessments
• Translate documentation and labeling into EU languages
• Continue to advise on the documents after they are issued
